What are the delivery times?
To process your order, prepare it and dispatch it, here are our timeframes: we need approximately 1 to 2 business days to dispatch (Monday to Friday) and 6 to 11 business days for delivery (Monday to Friday), for a total delivery time of 7 to 13 days.
Please note that we do everything possible to complete orders as quickly as possible.
However, these timeframes do not account for potential strikes, customs delays or other events outside our control.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your order number.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive another email with a tracking number to follow your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to appear online.
Can I change my delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bathmatsaustralia.com. Generally, orders cannot be modified more than about 10 hours after placement, as they are already being prepared. Some orders are processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour, so please act quickly.
What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?
If possible, please take photos of the parcel and the product (overall and close-ups of any damage) and contact us as soon as possible at contact@bathmatsaustralia.com. Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and you’ll have the choice between a refund, store credit or an exchange (see our Returns and Refunds Policy).
Please note: in some cases, to deliver your items faster, they may be sent in separate shipments. If you ordered multiple products and are unsure, feel free to contact us.
