Bathroom Rugs

Bathroom rugs are the soft textile mats of the store: tufted designs, chenille, microfibre, shaggy pile and cotton, made for the floor outside the shower or bath.

How to choose

A rug sets the tone of the room, so think colour and texture first: a plain chenille or microfibre rug blends in, while a tufted pattern becomes a feature. Check the size against the space you step onto.

• Blue Wave Bath Rug: tufted.
• Chenille Bath Mat: chenille.
• Plush Bath Mat: shaggy pile.
• 100% Cotton Bath Mat: cotton.
• Berber Bath Mat: woven.

These are the materials you will find in this range, from the most to the least common:

• Chenille: short, velvety loops of yarn.
• Tufted: dense tufts of yarn that create the pattern or shape.
• Microfibre: very fine synthetic fibre with a soft feel.
• Shaggy pile: long, soft fibres with a fluffy look.
• Cotton: a natural fibre with a towel-like feel.
• Foam: a cushioned foam mat, often with an embossed pattern.

The most common shape is rectangular; you will also find half moon, shaped and oval designs.

Available sizes

The most common sizes in this range are 50 x 80 cm, 40 x 60 cm, 60 x 90 cm and 60 x 120 cm. Each product page lists the exact sizes available for that design.
