Common questions
Tracking my order: Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.
Changing or cancelling my order: Please contact us as soon as possible. After around 10 hours, your order is usually already being prepared and can no longer be modified or stopped. If this is the case, you may still return the item at your own cost (see our returns policy). Some orders are processed within 30 minutes to 1 hour, so don’t delay.
Returns or exchanges: Please refer to our returns and refund policy, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
